Biography

I started off as an administrator when the company first opened ten years ago. At that time I had little knowledge about property but now having worked in this field for a long time, I have learnt a lot along the way and still am! I have worked my way up to becoming a Training and Development Manager but am always looking for more challenges to further my career and knowledge. My next challenge is Social Media for MJ!!!

My dream home

After a holiday in Dubai my dream home would definitely be near a beach with warm crystal clear water. A huge open plan living area, with bi-folding doors that lead onto a terrace with a swimming pool and amazing sea views. I really sound like an estate agent now!

I last went the extra mile when

As I was leaving for lunch one day a lady who was not from around here was a bit lost. She was looking for the Clock Tower in the Jewellery Quarter so I decided to walk along with her to show her where it was and got my lunch from Tesco’s instead!

The most honest advice I’ve ever given

Im always honest as I believe honesty is the best policy, so for example if I think a property would benefit from a better picture with a couple of things being moved around I will ask the team if they wouldn’t mind taking another shot!

One of the best reasons to live in Birmingham is

There is always something here for everyone of any age and with many parts of Birmingham being re-developed there will be a lot more!

When I was last professional

Im always professional as every aspect of my job role needs me to be.

When I was last respectful

I always believe that you should treat others how you would expect to be treated so I always try to be respectful no matter who I speak to.

When I was last enthusiastic

Having just returned from maternity leave I have been put in charge of a new area which deals with social media. Im keen to learn all about this area of work as it keeps me in touch with what’s happening in and around Birmingham!

When I was last proactive

Im always on the look out for different ways on how to further MJ!
